At Love's Wax Melts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Returns Accepted: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

• Condition: Items must be new and unused to be eligible for return.

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail at the customer's expense.

• Return Label: Customers are responsible for the return shipping label.

• Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping policy
The turn around time is displayed on the home page. This is usually 3 - 5 business days but during busy periods it may be extended.
